M.N.: 60% is a very high number, it means, practically, that the whole ship is infected. 
I respectfully recommend to U.S. Military to check all the ships and all the living facilities
first of all for rodents infestations, which might have been intentionally and deliberately
introduced as the hidden sabotage by the hostile intelligence services, and to continue
to monitor this problem.
