Both Classic and African Swine Fever have the "potential" to be weaponized: "Diseases of particular concern for their bioweapons potential include smallpox, tularemia, plague, Newcastle disease, FMD, classical swine fever (“hog cholera”), avian influenza, African swine fever..."
If in this new weaponized form they have the crossreactivity with the Porcine Coronaviruses, they can be disguised and misdiagnosed as such. In other words, CSF or ASF can be misdiagnosed as Sars-Cov-2 on the basis of the tests, and it is also possible that the concomitant infections can be present.
One of the newly described signs of Covid-19, the "Covid toes", especially prevalent in children, can have the same pathogenic mechanism as "reddening of the ears" which "is a common sign of African swine fever in pigs."
This hypothetical mechanism is the peripheral coagulopathy.
Coagulopathy, disseminated and in various organs, appears to be the key sign, hypothetically, in both conditions: in the clinical picture of what is called "Covid-19" and ASF.
Furthermore in the epizootic of ASF and the coronaviruses infections in pigs in China in 2019, apparently both conditions were present, and they might have run concomitantly. "New SARS-like virus from bats implicated in China pig die-off", the article reported even earlier, in April of 2018.
Further research is needed to clarify these questions, and the greater attention should be payed to the differential diagnosis of Covid-19 with ASF, CSF, Porcine Coronaviruses Infections, and other zoonotic or potentially zoonotic conditions.
The possibility of the "zoonotic jump" of Porcine Coronaviruses was addressed in the veterinary (and Pig Industry) literature in 2018, in the article titled: "Pig coronavirus potentially harmful to humans": “We’re very concerned about emerging coronaviruses and worry about the harm they can do to animals and their potential to jump to humans...” This concern was expressed about the "Deltacoronavirus" but it also involves Sars-Cov-2.
The case of the interspecies transmission was documented in 2005 after the Sars epidemic in China. "SARS-associated Coronavirus Transmitted from Human to Pig: Severe acute respiratory syndrome–associated coronavirus (SARS-CoV) was isolated from a pig during a survey for possible routes of viral transmission after a SARS epidemic. Sequence and epidemiology analyses suggested that the pig was infected by a SARS-CoV of human origin."
"The authors concluded that SARS‐CoV interspecies transmission events occur and possibly pose a risk to humans...
From the obtained data available today, it would appear pigs can carry SARS‐CoV and develop antibodies. Furthermore, evidence exists that pigs can amplify MERS‐CoV. So far there is no evidence that pigs can become infected with SARS‐CoV‐2 or are capable to amplify the virus. However, as the SARS‐CoV‐2 outbreak has just emerged and is ongoing any testing currently focuses on identifying infected people to prevent further human‐to‐human transmissions. Notably, it was reported that SARS‐CoV‐2 could use angiotensin‐converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) from four animal species including porcine ACE2 as the receptor to enter the cell in vitro,29 possibly suggesting that pigs may be susceptible to SARS‐CoV‐2 infection... In summary, SARS‐CoV‐2 is emerging and spreading at a high rate in the human population. Due to the large number of infected people often with high virus loads, SARS‐CoV‐2 could potentially spill over in other species including pigs..."
Thus, we can assume that the circular Coronavirus transmision patterns: Man - Pig - Man, are quite possible, at least hypothetically.
The epicenters of Covid -19 in the pork plants are the direct indication of this hypothetical connection.
This subject of Porcine - Human cross species transmission is especially important in the light of the recent studies refuting the proposed earlier explanation of bats and pangolins as the sources of the Sars-cov-2, and focusing on the specific human source as the origin of the Infection.
These studies added more validity to the man-made hypothesis of the Covid-19 origins. It is worthwhile to mention that the previous human Coronavirus infections, Sars and Mers were also viewed as man made and the engineered bioweapons.
This thinking correlates with the views of such noted researchers as Luc Montagnier and others on the Lab origins of Sars-Cov-2.

The clinicians observed for some time (maybe, last 2-3 months) that the clinical picture of Covid-19 is quite complex and polymorphous, and very like is comprised of several different conditions, illnesses, or syndromes: from the very acute and lethal to subacute, to completely asymptomatic. The Eastern Asian - Chinese vs. European and the North American presentations of this illness, just like the Western vs. Eastern European clinical variants might be the different or combined conditions with the different etiological roots and factors. The clinical differences might correspond with the various genomic subtypes of Sars-Cov-2, the D614G subtype, representing the German Patient 1 of the Munich cluster being the predominant one in the Western Europe and the North America.
Clinically, "COVID-19 is like three different diseases, says New York doctor, from flu-like illness to severe reactions and rare children's syndrome: We have known for a while that the mild to moderate form of the disease — a flu-like illness with fever, muscle aches and respiratory symptoms, or often no symptoms at all — is almost like "child's play" compared to the major damage to organs like the the lungs, heart, brain, and kidneys seen when COVID-19 becomes severe."
As discussed earlier, the acute and severe, multi-systems and multi-organs clinical presentations of Covid-19 can be the manifestations of the weaponized African or Classical Swine Fever, which are the very serious infections in pigs, and lately they run in massive epizootics, possibly man manufactured or facilitated, in China, and which still are the episodic threats in Europe, and in Germany in particular.

With regard to the US, although "African swine fever has never occurred in North America... and Classical swine fever has been eradicated from the U.S.", the recent report, of 11.1.2019, state that "African Swine Fever may already be in North America", and it is quite possible that this presence also exists in the weaponized form, infectious to humans. It is quite logical also to consider the ASF as the underlying condition in acute and severe forms of Covid-19.

It is also logical to assume that the powerful US pork industry and lobby may be engaged in the attempts to conceal or minimize the true extent of this problem, out of their selfish piggish interests, the pun intended.
Apparently, the Trump Administration is aware of this issue but the depth of this awareness and of its possible connection with the current Covid-19 Crisis remain the open questions.
The World pork industry and markets, and their manipulations, including the most unconventional means, are most likely the subjects of intense interests and the salivating reflexes on the part of the Transnational Organised Crime, which should arouse the symmetrical physiological responses on the part of the FBI, one should hope, with all the pertinent puns also intended.
Massive pigs culling in US, which is difficult to explain just by the closures of the meat processing plants alone, might be an indication that the signs of serious infections, ASF in particular, might be present.
The recalls of ASF-infected pork products is quite a well known occurrence worldwide, despite the claimed safety and the non-infectious status of this disease to humans.
Potentially, ASFV can survive for relatively long times in pork and pork products.
"The virus has been identified as extremely resistant to physical treatment such as high temperatures, putrefaction and desiccation, freezing/thawing, ultrasonic waves, or extreme pH values. Low temperatures, such as the −20°C usually required to preserve pork meat, facilitate virus survival for years. Raw meat and other pork products can provide long ASFV survivability, but the temperature conditions are the main factor directly influencing virus stability. Ripening hams and dry-cured meat products may contain viable virus, nevertheless it depends greatly on the preparation and conservation techniques, which differ widely between regions and countries"
Hypothetically, the emergence of the novel types of ASW, of uncertain origin, and possibly related to the attempts to construct the bioweapon with the intentions to infect humans, appears to be quite possible, just like with the Coronaviruses.
Detection of Novel Sequences Related to African Swine Fever Virus in Human Serum and Sewage: "Detection of these sequences suggests that greater genetic diversity may exist among asfarviruses than previously thought and raises the possibility that human infection by asfarviruses may occur."
The successful attempts to manipulate the ASFV' genomic properties "without affecting virus viability" in a lab were made as early as 1999.
If the underlying condition is ASF, in which the vector is TICKS, the direct and the immediate tool of this hypothetical new bioweapon, it changes drastically our understanding of the "Covid-19" epidemiology and the mechanisms of transmission, explaining the contagion on direct contact and via fomites, etc., and also the true effects of social distancing which prevents the transmission of ticks.

Conclusions
To repeat the obvious, the high quality, in depth research into all these issues, mentioned and unmentioned, of the possible connections of Covid-19 with the viral infections in pigs is urgently needed.
A special Research Consortium comprised of the military Biowarfare specialists, NIH and NIAID researchers, clinicians, veterinarians, Information Technology specialists, and the relevant others may be the optimal format to deal with this true national emergency.
The clinical picture has to be clarified and the clinical knowledge has to be organised along the syndromes outlines. The parallels with the animal diseases and infections should be drawn and studied. The complex of anti-epidemic measures should be constructed in a systemic fashion, based on this knowledge, the working hypotheses, and the common sense.
