The World Health Organization has completed groundwork in China for its probe into the origins of the coronavirus as the agencys chief warned Monday there may never be a silver bullet to the deadly disease.
The WHO sent two experts an animal health expert and an epidemiologist to the country early last month to investigate how the virus jumped from animal to human.
A larger, WHO-led team, made up of Chinese and international experts, will now begin studying the origins of the virus in Wuhan, where it was originally believed to have come from a wet market.
Epidemiological studies will begin in Wuhan to identify the potential source of infection of the early cases, WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said at a virtual press conference Monday.
Tedros touted the race to develop a COVID-19 vaccine as unprecedented but warned that the virus may be around forever.

A number of vaccines are now in phase three clinical trials and we all hope to have a number of effective vaccines that can help prevent people from infection, he said. However, theres no silver bullet at the moment and there might never be.
Speaking at the news briefing from the WHOs headquarters in Geneva, Tedros urged people across the globe to continue to wear face masks, practice social distancing and wash their hands.
The message to people and governments is clear: Do it all,' he said.
More than 18 million cases of coronavirus have been confirmed across the globe, with 689,625 deaths, according to data from Johns Hopkins University.

Minks and COVID-19: Scientists study coronavirus outbreaks among animals in Spain, Netherlands

Michael_Novakhov shared this story from ABC13 RSS Feed.

MADRID -- Coronavirus outbreaks at mink farms in Spain and the Netherlands have scientists digging into how the animals got infected and if they can spread it to people.
In the meantime, authorities have killed more than 1 million minks at breeding farms in both countries as a precaution.

The virus that first infected people in China late last year came from an animal source, probably bats, and later spread from person to person, as other coronaviruses had done in the past. Some animals, including cats, tigers and dogs, have picked up the new coronavirus from people, but there hasn't been a documented case of animals spreading it back to humans.
The outbreaks among the minks on farms in the Netherlands and Spain likely started with infected workers, although officials aren't certain. But it also is "plausible" that some workers later caught the virus back from the minks, the Dutch government and a researcher said, and scientists are exploring whether that was the case and how much of a threat such a spread might be.

RELATED: 1st pet dog in US with COVID-19 dies in NYC, family details his last days
The outbreak at the Spanish mink farm near La Puebla de Valverde, a village of 500 people, was discovered after seven of the 14 employees, including the owner, tested positive in late May, said Joaquín Olona, regional chief of agriculture and environment. Two other employees got infected even after the operation was shut down.
More than 92,000 minks were ordered killed at the farm in the Aragon region of northeastern Spain, with nine out of 10 animals estimated to have contracted the virus.
After the Dutch outbreaks began in April, professor Wim van der Poel, a veterinarian who studies viruses at Wageningen University and Research, determined that the virus strain in the animals was similar to the one circulating among humans.
"We assumed it was possible that it would be transmitted back to people again," the virus expert said, and that's what appeared to have happened with at least two of the infected workers.

Richard Ostfeld, a researcher at the Cary Institute of Ecosystem Studies in Millbrook, New York, said that if confirmed, these would be the first known instances of animal-to-human transmission.
"With the evidence for farmed mink-to-human transmission, we definitely need to be concerned with the potential for domesticated animals that are infected to pass on their infection to us," Ostfeld said by email.

RELATED: Coronavirus and pets: Cat becomes first confirmed animal COVID-19 in Illinois
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says some coronaviruses that infect animals can be spread to humans and then spread between people, but it adds that this is rare.
Both the World Health Organization and the Paris-based World Organisation for Animal Health are studying the transmission of the virus between animals and people. Several universities and research institutes also are examining the issue.
The WHO has noted that the transmission on the mink breeding farms could have happened both ways. But WHO's Dr. Maria Van Kerkhove said at a news conference last month that such transmission was "very limited."
"This gives us some clues about which animals may be susceptible to infection and this will help us as we learn more about the potential animal reservoir of (the virus)," she said, referring to cases in the Netherlands and Denmark, another major producer of mink fur.

While scientists think the virus originated in bats, it may have passed through another animal before infecting people. A WHO team is currently in China, planning to study the issue.
More than 1.1 million minks have been killed on 26 Dutch farms that recorded outbreaks, according to the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority. The government announced Thursday that minks at a 27th farm also were infected and would be killed.
The Netherlands, which has some 160 mink farms, is the world's fourth-biggest producer of the prized fur after Denmark, China and Poland, according to Wim Verhagen, director of the Dutch federation of fur farmers. Spain has 38 active mink breeding operations, most of them in northwestern Galicia.
Both Spain and the Netherlands have tightened hygiene protocols at mink farms and banned transportation of the animals and visits to the buildings where they are kept.
China, which produces about a third of the mink fur market, and the United States have not reported any virus outbreaks in minks or in animals at other farms.

_________________________________________________________________________

7:10 PM 8/2/2020 - M.N.: How shall we understand the patterns of the Covid-19 Pandemic WAVES in different countries and locations? Is this, at least in some part, a reflection of the continuous, deliberate, intentional spread? Are the travel waves superimposed on the pre-existing "sustained community transmissions"? Is this more than just one infection with Sars-Cov-2? Given the complex and polymorphous clinical picture and symptoms more consistent with the Multi-system Inflammatory Syndrome, including in children, rather than just the "Atypical Pneumonia" addressed in early Chinese studies, this question is quite legitimate. Hypothetically, the co-infections can include the Hantaviruses and the African Swine Fever, among the others.

For how long did the hypothetical local reservoirs of infection(s) exist, and how were they formed? Was this in any way intentional or facilitating also? What was the role of the various animals, including pets and livestock in formation of these hypothetical reservoirs?

What is the role of rodents? Is the unusual proliferation of the city rats, including the unusually large (Well fed ones? Nutrias, contaminating the waters?) worldwide and their unusual aggressive and "crasy" behaviors a sign of epizootics in rodents? They were quite often the vectors in the epidemics throughout the history, and probably for millennia.

The infections in other, biologically close to them animals, such as minks, are very well documented and reported. Are these epizootics "natural" or induced, set intentionally? The political interests  and agendas are clearly visible in the fur farming affairs.

What drives this Pandemic and the local epidemics, what are their mechanisms? About the half of all transmissions worldwide are of the origins which are described as "unknown", "undetermined", "cryptic", "multiple" and "independent". And this "unknown" half is probably the source of the "known", traced down half. So essentially, the sources and the origins of this Pandemic are largely, if not entirely,  UNKNOWN.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa and Tamil Nadu Governor Banwarilal Purohit have tested positive for coronavirus, the latest among prominent public figures in the country to have contracted COVID-19, while Uttar Pradesh minister Kamal Rani Verma succumbed to the infection on Sunday. The chief of BJP's Uttar Pradesh unit, Swatantra Dev Singh, and state minister Mahendra Singh have also tested positive for COVID-19.
Taking to Twitter, 55-year-old Shah said he had undergone a coronavirus test after showing initial symptoms. My health is fine but I am getting admitted to a hospital on the advice of doctors," he tweeted in Hindi and requested those who had come in contact with him in the last few days to get tested for coronavirus and isolate themselves.
Shah has been actively leading efforts to fight the pandemic in the country where the case tally crossed the 17 lakh mark on Sunday. Political leaders, including BJP president J P Nadda, Rahul Gandhi of the Congress, DMK chief M K Stalin, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, wished Shah a speedy recovery.
In Uttar Pradesh, Kamal Rani Varun, the only woman cabinet minister in the state, died of COVID-19 at a hospital in Lucknow on Sunday. She was 62. The Technical Education minister, who tested positive for COVID-19 on July 18, breathed her last at the Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPIMS).
She had comorbidities, including diabetes, hypertension and hyperthyroidism, a senior doctor at the hospital said. President Ram Nath Kovind, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and other leaders expressed grief over her demise.
Uttar Pradesh BJP unit chief Swatantra Dev Singh, said on Twitter that he has tested positive for COVID-19 and has quarantined himself at his home following doctors' advice. Officials said that UP Jal Shakti Minister Mahendra Singh tested positive for COVID-19 around two-three days ago and has been hospitalised.
Earlier, state Health Minister Jai Pratap Singh, Rural Development Minister Rajendra Pratap Singh alias Moti Singh, Sainik Kalyan Minister Chetan Chauhan, Ayush Minister Dharam Singh Saini and Youth Development Minister Upendra Tiwari had tested positive for COVID-19. On Sunday night, Karnataka Chief Minister Yediyurappa tweeted that he has tested positive for coronavirus and is being hospitalised.
"Whilst I am fine, I am being hospitalised as a precaution on the recommendation of doctors. I request those who have come in contact with me recently to be observant and exercise self quarantine," he said. Yediyurappa is the fourth member of his cabinet to contract the viral disease. Earlier, Forest Minister Anand Singh, Tourism Minister C T Ravi and Agriculture Minister B C Patil had tested positive for COVID-19.
According to a bulletin issued by the Kauvery Hospital in Chennai, Tamil Nadu Governor Banwarilal Purohit has tested positive for COVID-19, and has been advised home isolation since his infection was mild. Purohit, 80, was in self-isolation since July 29 after three people in the Raj Bhavan tested positive for the coronavirus.
The bulletin said the governor underwent further tests on Sunday. He has been advised home isolation and a medical team would monitor him. Earlier, as many as 84 security and fire services personnel deployed in the Raj Bhavan tested positive for the virus on July 23, but the Governor's office had then said none of them came into contact with Purohit or senior officials.
Several MLAs in the state had earlier tested positive for COVID-19, while DMK legislator J Anbazhagan had died in June. Last week, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had tested positive. Some state ministers and BJP leaders who met him had quarantined themselves at their homes Chouhan, 61, was admitted to a COVID-19 designated private hospital in Bhopal.
In West Bengal, Trinamool MLA Tamonash Ghosh, 60, had passed away in June due to the coronavirus. Meanwhile, megastar Amitabh Bachchan on Sunday said that he has tested negative for COVID-19 and will now be quarantining at home.
The 77-year-old actor, who was admitted to Nanavati hospital in Mumbai along with son Abhishek after testing positive for COVID-19 on July 11, expressed his gratitude to well-wishers for their continued support and prayers. Abhishek Bachchan, 44, however, said he is still COVID-19 positive and will remain under medical care.
According to the Union Home Ministry data, the total coronavirus cases surged to 17,50,723, on Sunday while the death toll climbed to 37,364. The recoveries have increased to 11,45,629, while there are 5,67,730 active cases of coronavirus infection in the country.
The recovery rate among COVID-19 patients has risen to 65.44 per cent while the fatality rate has further dropped to 2.13 per cent.

Disease detectives baffled by mystery COVID-19 cases behind tough new lockdown

Michael_Novakhov shared this story .

Australian National University infectious diseases physician Sanjaya Senanayake is hopeful the harsh new lockdown will be the circuit breaker needed to stop the rising number of mystery cases.
"Even just one case by itself is a concern," Professor Senanayake said. "So 700-odd is a real problem because it means there is a source of infection out there who is potentially, unknowingly infecting others as we speak."
The higher the number of community cases, the less likely contact tracing was feasible, he said.
But even if contact tracing is failing, you would hope these restrictions will mitigate that risk somewhat because even though you cant find the cases, they are not moving around as much and infecting others."
Professor Senanayake said for the latest lockdown to work, the definition of what essential workers are must be tightened.
"We have to think about what are essential workers for Victoria and weigh up the risks and the benefits," he said.
This may include closing some food industries down for a short period of time.
Abattoirs, for example, had been hotspots for outbreaks, but they were deemed essential because of the service provided, he said.
Staggering shifts, strict social distancing, scaling back workforces, frequent deep cleaning and reducing the mixing of staff in shared environment or during meal breaks was critical in high-risk industries if they were to remain open, he said.
"It's about working out if you can be more clever in terms of keeping business running by minimising human interaction in anyway possible."
Mr Andrews warned infections with no known source would likely rise in the coming days.
The notion of 700 [cases] perhaps doesnt seem a very high number in the context of some of the challenges weve had to describe and deal with, he said.
That many mystery cases where we just cant track back who you got it from, how and when, thats when its really challenging. What that says is that if theres that many mysteries you know about, how many cases dont you know about?
Thats when you have to take an abundance of caution and say, 'Lets get this to the point where its down to a very small and manageable number'.
Increased spread of the virus, asymptomatic people who are not getting tested despite mild illness and others who are breaching quarantine were likely drivers of these mystery cases, Deakin University epidemiology chair Catherine Bennett said.
It is happening right across Melbourne now because there has been enough spread across the community that there are enough non-tested people along the chain to make it impossible to connect everybody up, Professor Bennett said.
The more a case is linked to a big cluster, the more likely you are to be able to join the dots and find everybody associated. There is something else going on with these mystery cases that is more about local transmission. What is about their movements? Are they doing certain things or going to certain places that change or increase their risk?"
Professor Bennett said limiting human contact was the only chance Victoria had in ensuring invisible clusters disappeared.
Whether you can see it or not this virus will die out because it doesnt like being shut down like that, she said.

Vietnam Says Origin of Danang Outbreak Hard to Track as Virus Cases Rise - The New York Times

HANOI Vietnamese authorities said on Sunday they were finding it hard to track the origin of a fresh coronavirus outbreak that began in the central city of Danang and has infected around 200 people in recent weeks.
"In Danang, there are many sources of virus, and there are still many infections out there in the community," a government statement said of the city, a popular tourist hotspot with a population of 1.1 million.
The country reported 34 infections on Sunday, bringing the total number of coronavirus cases to 620. The death toll rose by two to five, the Health Ministry said in a statement.
Health Minister Nguyen Thanh Long said the strain of the virus detected in the new outbreak is a more contagious one.
He said with the new strain, each infected person may infect about 5-6 people compared to 1.8-2.2 people in the previous period.
Authorities have taken a series of "unprecedented measures" to fight the outbreak in Danang, including the mobilisation of several hundred military school students to help with contact tracing and collecting test samples, the government said in its statement.

Why Do Coronavirus Face Mask Mandates Make People So Angry?

Michael_Novakhov shared this story from The National Interest.

Gwilym David Blunt
Politics,

They believe mask mandates sacrifice individual liberty to a collectivist notion a greater good.

Several hundred people assembled in Londons Hyde Park in July 2020 to protest rules making face masks mandatory in shops and supermarkets to help control the spread of COVID-19. This was not an isolated event. Similar protests have occurred in many places around the world in reaction to the prospect of mask mandates especially in the United States.
These protesters are not without allies. Anti-maskers have elicited support from prominent figures on the political right in the UK and America: Peter Hitchens of the Daily Mail has called them muzzles; Michael Savage, a prominent talk radio host, called masks a mark of submission; to say nothing of President Donald Trumps refusal to wear a face mask in public and his dismissal of them as politically correct (until his abysmal approval ratings compelled him to awkwardly soften his position).
Why do mask mandates elicit such anger?
Setting aside the conspiracy theories and disinformation that seem to prevade these protests, the participants are joined by a fierce attachment to individual liberty. They believe mask mandates sacrifice individual liberty to a collectivist notion a greater good.
It is easy to understand why: mask mandates use the coercive power of the state to require a person to do something that they would otherwise not choose to do. And it seems to follow that a persons liberty is compromised by such interference.
The conception of freedom as non-interference that underpins the anti-mask movement has the virtue of simplicity. It allows us to apply an easy metric to test our freedom: if our choices are interfered with, then we are less free.
But if this is correct it is unclear why wearing a mask is so troubling given the widespread interference in our other choices. Surely, the requirement that you have to cover any part of your body is a far graver violation of individual liberty than being compelled to wear a small face covering during a pandemic? It may be that the anti-mask movement is the spear tip of a global militant nudism trend, but that doesnt seem particularly plausible (or desirable).
What is freedom?
The problem is that the idea of liberty as non-interference often runs up against common sense. For example, most people do not feel savagely oppressed by having to drive on one side of the road, by bans on public nudity or by laws against murder. They interfere with our choices, but they dont seem to make us less free. Maybe we need a different formulation of freedom.
You are free when you are protected not against simple interference, but against arbitrary interference.
As the philosopher Philip Pettit notes, this makes liberty a more complex idea, but one better suited to our social reality. It is more vulnerable because it only requires the potential for interference to be compromised, but it also makes it more robust because if the interference is not arbitrary then it is not a violation of liberty even if our actions are constrained.
This can be illustrated by contrasting the slave with the citizen. All the choices of a slave are predicated on their masters permission. This is the case even if they have a kind or lazy owner who never actually interferes in their choices. The possibility of being sold down the river remains and being under such power is irreconcilable with freedom.
In contrast a citizen may be subject to significant interference from the state, but it does not diminish their liberty if the laws are not arbitrary. This is true if several conditions exist: the laws need to be publicly known so that you can ensure compliance; they need to be impartially enforced so that no one is above the law; they need to be contestable in courts of law and the public square; and they need to be subjected to invigilation by those they affect, usually through democratic accountability.
A slave has to live in a state of perpetual uncertainty, a citizen knows where they stand.
This account of freedom depends on the procedural mechanisms which prevent the power of the state being chained to the private will of a single person or group. If mask mandates meet these procedural requirements, then they cannot be said to violate the personal liberty of individuals even if they restrict what they can and cannot do.
Lets test whether mask mandates meet these requirements. The rules are publicly known and they seem to be being impartially enforced, though there is an open question about whether COVID-19 restrictions have been applied unfairly to people of colour.
If these mandates violate a citizens rights, then they are free to bring a legal challenge and we know they can protest against them (so long as the protests comply with regulations). Finally, these rules are the product of democratically elected governments subject to judicial oversight and political opposition. They therefore cannot be called arbitrary.
The anti-maskers are right that the state ought to be resisted when it tries to dominate its citizens and violate their basic rights, but instead of worrying about masks, they ought to be more concerned with instances of unidentifiable government agents firing tear gas into peaceful demonstrators or detaining people for an indeterminate amount of time under the nebulous mandate of protecting monuments or national security. These are the things that turn citizens into slaves.

COVID 19 was not genetically altered virus says geopolitical expert Jamie Metzl-ANI

Michael_Novakhov shared this story .

Washington [USA], Aug 1 (ANI): As several questions on the actual origin of the coronavirus remain unanswered, Jamie Metzl, a geopolitical expert and a Senior Fellow of the Atlantic Council, has opined that the virus was not "a genetically altered virus."
"I do not believe this was a genetically altered virus, just that it had likely been isolated and cultured in one of the Wuhan labs (WIV or WCDC)," said Metzl in his blog.
He said, "Whatever the origins of the outbreak, including the possibility of an accidental leak from the Chinese virology lab in Wuhan, China's dangerous and ongoing information suppression activities are the foundations of this crisis."
Citing a Lancet study, he said that there is strong evidence that the novel coronavirus outbreak did not originate in the seafood market. "This was clear early on but Chinese officials held to this story until late May 2020, when the evidence against this claim became wholly indefensible."
He further said that the Huanan Seafood Market didn't have bats for sale, and most bats species in Wuhan would be hibernating at the time of the outbreak. "It was reported that 34 per cent of cases had no contact with the market, and 'no epidemiological link was found between the first patient and later cases," Metzl said quoting Lancet.
Speaking further on the origination of the virus, Metzl said, "This market is less than 9 miles away from The Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV), Chinese Academy of Sciences, which: Developed chimeric SARS-like coronaviruses; Conducted 'dangerous' gain-of-function research on the SARS-CoV-1 virus, some of which had been funded by the US government (Asia Times); Established a 96.2 per cent match with SARS-CoV-2 and a virus they sampled from a cave over 1,000 miles away from Wuhan; Injected live piglets with bat coronaviruses as recently as July 2019; Published a paper on a close descendant of SARS-CoV-1, MERS-CoV, in November 2019; and Was hiring researchers to work on bat coronaviruses as recently as November 2019."
Even before the COVID-19 outbreak, China had a "very poor safety record at many of its biosecurity facilities," Metzl said, adding that the market is less than three miles away from the Wuhan Centre for Disease Control, which was accused of being the "source of the outbreak from a now-withdrawn academic paper from a notable Chinese scholar at the South China University of China."
Citing a Wall Street Journal report, Metzl said that Nikolai Petrovksy and colleagues at Flinders University in Australia have found that SARS-CoV-2 has a higher affinity for human receptors than for any other animal species they tested, including pangolins and horseshoe bats. "We can't exclude the possibility that this came from a laboratory experiment," Petrovksy was quoted as saying.
In one of his article in The Washington Post dated July 29, he wrote: "The closest known relative to SARS-CoV-2 is a virus sampled by Chinese researchers from six miners infected while working in a bat-infested cave in southern China in 2012. These miners developed symptoms we now associate with Covid-19. Half of them died. These viral samples were then taken to the Wuhan Institute of Virology--the only facility in China that's a biosafety Level 4 laboratory, the highest possible safety designation. The Level 4 designation is reserved for facilities dealing with the most dangerous pathogens. Wuhan is more than 1,000 miles north of Yunnan province, where the cave is located."
"If the virus jumped to humans through a series of human-animal encounters in the wild or in wet markets, as Beijing has claimed, we would likely have seen evidence of people being infected elsewhere in China before the Wuhan outbreak. We have not. The alternative explanation, a lab escape, is far more plausible. We know the Wuhan Institute of Virology was using controversial 'gain of function' techniques to make viruses more virulent for research purposes."
"A confidential 2018 State Department cable released this month highlighting the lab's alarming safety record should heighten our concern. Suggesting that an outbreak of a deadly bat coronavirus coincidentally occurred near the only level 4 virology institute in all of China--which happened to be studying the closest known relative of that exact virus--strains credulity."
"Not getting to the bottom of this crisis would be the height of absurdity. Too much is at stake. To ensure everyone's safety, the WHO and outside investigators must be empowered to explore all relevant questions about the origins of the pandemic without limits. This comprehensive forensic investigation must include full access to all of the scientists, biological samples, laboratory records and other materials from the Wuhan virology institutes and other relevant Chinese organisations. Denying that access should be considered an admission of guilt by Beijing," Metzl added. (ANI)

I respectfully recommend to WHO and the Scientific Community to rename “Covid-19” into the “Disease X-19”, because the etiology of this syndrome is highly uncertain, and it might involve more pathogens than Sars-Cov-2 alone (possibly Hantaviruses, ASF, and/or other infections). Furthermore; presently, as reported by the clinicians, the clinical picture appears to be the complex multi-organ – multi-system failures, it looks quite different from the one which was initially observed and described in China in the beginning of 2020. It is more than just the terminology; it is the correct unbiased thinking and the correct, fruitful research and the interventions. Naturally, the broader outlook changes the perspectives on the evaluation: all the relevant lab tests have to be performed, including on the old preserved samples. The comprehensive studies, testing this hypothesis are needed. It looks like from the times of Antiquity the Co-infections were the preferred tool of the Biowarfare as the simple method of increasing the pathogenic efficiency. The unusual and well documented proliferation of rodents, including the large rats in the major cities globally, along with their noticeably abnormal behavior is a clue that they might be the vectors in the transmissions of the combined infections. The recent, in the last several years, mostly reported in 2013-1019 massive epizootics of the viral illnesses in pigs livestock in China are the reasons for concern as the possible source of the infections in rodents and the possible zoonotic jump in the present Pandemic. This line of thought corresponds with the recently reported data about the earlier than thought previously emergence of the Pandemic: in the Spring-Summer of 2019, both in China and Europe, and the theoretical (computational) possibility of the Sars-Cov-2 emergence since at least 2013. We have to understand the nature of the Disease X-19, before we attempt to determine its origins. Michael Novakhov | 7.13.20

THE REAL COUP WAS IN 2016 | THE PSYCHOANALYSIS OF INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS

Image result for Rightist wing of the GOP
The real Coup was in 2016, and it was performed by the corrupt, pro neo-Nazi oriented, Abwehr bought and subverted, the Rightist wing of the GOP, the Broidy-Manafort ring in its latest reincarnation; and by the other alumni of the Abwehr Law School, a.k.a. Roy Cohn’s Law Firm: Little Duce Giuliani, “dirty trickster” Roger Stone, and their circles, climbing and clawing their ways to Power and Money. And apparently, some officers of the New York Branch of the FBI were their ideological and operational “stormtroopers”. Search the Anthony Weiner sexting affair scandal as FBI operation, much under-researched, under-investigated, and under-publicized.
If only a part of all these legitimate and well based suspicions and accusations against the New York branch of the FBI are proven or sufficiently demonstrated, this question would be quite legitimate: Was at least a part of the NY FBI branch corrupt, rotten, in Trump’s pocket, and under possible influences of the foreign agents?

Investigate the “STORMTROOPERS” – the alleged “pro-Trumpists” within the NY branch of the FBI, and look into the general health of the whole branch.

Investigate James Kallstrom and others!

Investigate the Abwehr – Roy Cohn Law School and all its “graduates”.

Investigate the political corruption in both parties. Investigate the corruption and failures within the FBI, and their root causes. The proof is in the pudding, sadly but undeniably.
